These terms govern your use of Pinsetter, a tournament-management platform operated by Kelly Claus Creative (“we,” “us”). By registering for a tournament or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: heythere@kellyclauscreative.com.
Using the service
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to use Pinsetter only for lawful purposes connected to a tournament you are registering for or helping to run. If you register a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or are authorized to do so.
Registrations and payments
Entry fees, refunds, and tournament rules are set by the tournament or center you register with, not by Pinsetter. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Please direct registration, refund, and eligibility questions to the tournament director.
Text messages
Text messaging is optional and requires your consent, given by checking the SMS box during registration. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
