Information we collect

• Registration details you provide: names, date of birth, school, USBC number, bowling averages, and contact information (email and phone).
• Parent/guardian contact information when a minor is registered.
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Basic usage and device information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To process tournament registrations, entries, scoring, and payments.
• To send you communications about your registration — confirmations, reminders, schedule and lane changes, check-in times, and payment notices — by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
• To operate, support, and improve the service.

Text messages (SMS)

Text messaging is optional. If you check the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to receive recurring automated texts about your registration; message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registering.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the tournament communications described above, through our messaging provider (Twilio).

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Pinsetter (for example, our hosting, database, payment, and messaging providers) and with the tournament/center you registered with, so they can manage your entry. We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us at the email above.
